Basically anyone can join.

1. You must have the rainbow boots.

2. You must have completed Demon Slayer mission and Pirate’s Treasure

3.  Must own Mithril Scimitar.

4. Must have an overall level higher than 100.

5. Must have killed someone in the wilderness.
